The selection procedure

In our selection process, we are not only looking for talent, but also looking for the unique backgrounds that the candidates can bring to the table. We see this as a gateway to an experience that goes beyond technical skills, embracing the uniqueness of each individual.

1. Applying for a position

2. Assessment

In most cases, at this stage, we apply an online or in-person assessment, to learn more about your background and study how you react to certain situations.

3. Interviews

At this point, we conduct interviews, with HR, the management and, if necessary, with the director of the specific department, with the aim of discovering how we can, together, map out a path yielding high performance and growth.

4. Pitch

For certain vacancies, a presentation or resolution of a given scenario will be requested. This is another opportunity for you to demonstrate your full potential.

5. Proposal
