An initiative in Rio de Janeiro focused on raising awareness of recycling among young people, teenagers, adults and students. The initiative shows the importance of the process of reusing plastic and trains cooperatives and non-governmental organizations in the production of marketable recycled objects.

Reciclarte organizes guided tours to show the population the potential for transformation present in waste. By training cooperatives, the project aims to make people aware of the importance of recycling and the possibilities of new income opportunities from this process.
