BRAVA Energia launches a Young Apprentice Program aimed at Black women

Applications are open until October 27th and can be submitted through the company’s career portal

BRAVA Energia, one of the leading independent oil and gas companies in Brazil and the result of a merger between 3R Petroleum and Enauta, has opened applications for a Young Apprentice Program with vacancies exclusively for women who self-identify as Black. Applications are open until October 27th and can be submitted via the website https://bravaenergia.gupy.io/.

There are 13 vacancies for women residing in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Catu (BA), Candeias (BA), Mossoró (RN), Macau (RN) and Icapuí (CE), distributed among the procurement, legal, financial, operations, IT, administration and personnel departments.

By offering development opportunities for Black women, we seek to attract qualified talent with diverse experience, in order to drive the company’s growth strategy”.

The selection process will be online and includes group dynamics, interviews with HR and an interview with a manager. The remuneration is compatible with the market and those hired will receive benefits such as medical and dental assistance, food vouchers, gym discount, life insurance and transport allowance.

According to Vergés, the chosen women will have the opportunity to develop behavioral and technical skills, career and personal development mentoring, access to online courses on business and soft skills and foreign language development support.

He explains that, “Participants will experience the daily routine of our business, face real challenges and gain practical experience that will accelerate their development within an agile and dynamic environment”.

Application – To apply, candidates must be between 18 and 22 years old, Brazilian or naturalized and have completed or be enrolled in high school. The working week will be 30 hours, distributed in six-hour daily shifts, and divided between theoretical activities (at a qualified technical-professional training entity) and practical activities.

BRAVA Energia employs more than 1,000 people directly and 8,000 indirectly, in five Brazilian states (BA, ES, RN, CE and RJ).
