BRAVA Energia, one of the leading independent oil and gas companies in Brazil, is accepting applications for the BRAVA Acelera Internship Program in Rio de Janeiro/RJ and Mossoró/RN. Applications are open until February 9th and can be submitted through the website https://bravaacelera2025.gupy.io/
Jaume Vergés, BRAVA’s general manager for Human Resources, said that, “The BRAVA Acelera Internship Program will offer opportunities for the professional development of young people who are starting their careers and are interested in working in the oil and gas sector. We want to attract talent that is willing to grow along with the company and we will invest in their skills”.
According to Vergés, interns will be given a career development plan that includes workshops, mentoring, six-monthly evaluations and the preparation of a final project.
Applications – To apply for the BRAVA Acelera Internship Program, candidates must be enrolled in Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Psychology, Information Technology or related fields, and expect to graduate in July/2026.
The selection process will include online tests, group dynamics and an interview with a manager. The internship scholarship is compatible with the market and the chosen students will receive benefits such as: medical and dental assistance; life insurance; meal vouchers; Flex Card; a Christmas hamper; gym discount; and transport allowance.
BRAVA Energia directly employs more than 1,000 people and indirectly employs 8,000 within five Brazilian states (BA, ES, RN, CE and RJ).
