In partnership with Senai-RN and the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN-Macau), we offer training courses (initial and continuing training) in the oil and gas area for the population of Rio Grande do Norte.

Capacita benefited approximately 400 people with 12 vocational courses in 2024, these specialties having been recommended by the company’s strategic Operation and Maintenance partners. Graduates and future graduates will be able to compete in open selection processes, both at BRAVA and at other companies, benefiting the sector as a whole.
